The Funeral Service for Ms. Cryshenda Perkins of Montezuma, Georgia will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church, 208 Norris Street, Montezuma, Georgia.

Cryshenda Trinee’ Perkins was born in Vienna, Georgia on May 23, 1976, to Gayle Burnam and Willie Perkins, Sr.  She was a 1995 graduate of the historic D.F. Douglass High School.

At an early age, Cryshenda accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and joined Bethel AME Church. She later became a member of Union Baptist Church where she was a dedicated member of the choir. Cryshenda was employed at Bluebird Body Company until her health started to decline. On January 14, 2024, she was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Cryshenda Trinee’ Perkins leaves a legacy of love and memories to be cherished by her two devoted children: Shanice Waters and Coren Williams of Montezuma, Georgia; her grandchildren: Kaiden Waters, Baileigh Waters, Kierstyn Riley, and Christian Riley, Jr.; a devoted sister/caregiver, Andrea Perkins of Montezuma, Georgia; brothers and sisters: Willie Perkins, Jr. of Warner Robins, Georgia, Chauncey Perkins (LaPrecious), Patruanna Cromer (Devontae), and Shannon Roberson (Brandon) all of McDonough, Georgia and Lakesha Miller of Byron, Georgia; a host of devoted aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; devoted cousins: Sekethia Shelley, Lametric Shelley, Latorra Hodridge (Rayus), and LaConiga Mack (Argene).
