Edvado Bernard Harris was born into a large and loving Christian family, as the baby of this family on May 10, 1971. He joined Mt. Hope Baptist Church in Leslie Georgia, Brickyard Road in 1983.

Edvado always had an annoyingly funny spirit, but beyond that, he had a loving soul that loved his family and friends.  Even as a teenager, he made a difference in people's lives. Throughout his life, he helped his father in his business and then he decided to get his CDL and drive trucks which gave him the opportunity to travel and see other states. After that, he was actively enrolled in college online.

Edvado died on Friday, January 12, 2024, at his residence in Americus, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents: Ulysee Harris and Edith Mae Butler Harris; and his siblings: Gregory Harris, Daniel Harris, Ulysee Harris Jr., Leon Harris, Nathaniel Harris, Michael J. Harris, and Mary Laster.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving daughter, Kristina Harris; sisters: Eula H. Coates and Brenda H. Brown; brother, Horace A. Harris; uncles: Thomas, John, Pacie, and Robert Butler; aunts: Bertha Mann, Hattie Butler and Martha Butler; his niece, nephew, great-nephew; several cousins including: Shelia and Alfonso, other relatives and special friends.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Big Bethel Baptist Church on Jackson Street in Americus, Georgia.
