The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Mario Kendal Mitchell of Montezuma, Georgia will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at noon at New Hope Baptist Church, 8620 GA Hwy 26E, Montezuma, Georgia. Interment will follow at Champ Waters Cemetery, Montezuma, Georgia. For your safety and the safety of others, we ask that you please wear a mask.
Public visitation for Mario Mitchell will be Wednesday, September 13, 2023, from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M at West's Mortuary.
Mario Kendal Mitchell was born on May 15, 1983, to Deborah Harrison Mitchell and Albert Mitchell in Houston County, Georgia. He was a 2001 graduate of Macon County High School. Mario departed this life on September 6, 2023.
He leaves precious memories with his loving family which includes his wife, Erica Mitchell; his children: Heaven Mitchell, Kymani Mitchell, Kymori Mitchell and his bonus children: Andrevier Beal and Armenderiz Harvell Jr.; his beautiful mother, Deborah Mitchell; his father, Albert Mitchell; his aunts: Gwendolyn Montford and Michelle Mitchell of Ideal, GA, and Sylvia Harrison Wilson of Atlanta, GA; his uncles: Minister James Harrison (Mildred) of Oglethorpe, GA, Roy Mitchell (Brenda) of Atlanta, GA, Steven Mitchell (Shon) of Alexandria, LA, Charlie Harrison Jr. and Michael Fobbs of Montezuma, GA; his grandmother, Mary L. Harrison of Montezuma, GA; his brothers and sisters: Kevin L. Mitchell of Montezuma, GA, Stacey Walker of Reynolds, GA, Jasmine and Jashaya Miller and Laquinta McCants of Oglethorpe, GA, Leteyvia Murray of Ellaville, GA, and Christian R.
