Ms. Annie M. Bass of Railroad Street, Americus, Georgia died on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her home. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Welcome Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
Ms. Annie M. Bass was born on March 23, 1940, in Moultrie, Georgia to Ms. Esther Jones. She was employed as a cook at Cherokee Elementary School.
Left to cherish her memories are her children: Janet Jackson of Americus, Georgia, Gloria Green of Moultrie, Georgia, Diane Thomas of New Jersey and Tony Sumlin of Albany, Georgia. Several other relatives and friends also survive.
