Funeral services for Sister Mary Alice Robinson-Seymore will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 1:00 at the Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Lumpkin, Georgia. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A Time to be Born: Sister Mary Alice Robinson-Seymore was born to the late Mr. Eddie and Mrs. Mary Brinson-Robinson in Stewart County, Georgia on September 12, 1926.
A Time to Serve: Mary Alice joined Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church in 1983 under the late Elder J.H. Daniel and continued to serve under the leadership of Elder Wonzie Gardner until her death.
A Time for Education: Mary Alice was educated and attended the pubic schools in Stewart County.
A Time to be United: Mary Alice was united in Holy Matrimony before God to the late Johnny Seymore, Sr. in 1955.
A Time for Departing Siblings: Ocree Robinson, Earnest Robinson, Edward (E.C.) Robinson, and Richmond Robinson.
A Time to Die: Mary Alice was released from her earthly body on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Southwest Georgia Regional Medical Center in Cuthbert, Georgia.
A Time to Cherish Her Memories: She leaves to cherish her memories four devoted sisters: Eddie B. Robinson-Crocker, Cuthbert, GA, Alvesta Robinson-McGriff, Cleveland, OH, Amie Robinson-Dixon and Frances Robinson-Gadson, Bedford, OH; one brother, Johnny Sam (Minnie) Robinson, Miami, FL; sisters-in-law, Mary Seymore-Hall, Joann Robinson, Cuthbert, GA, Lula Robinson, Cleveland, OH and a long line of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish her memories.
